$199 flat, one problem I reply within the hour

Your WordPress site is broken. I’ll fix it today.

One problem, one flat price. No estimate and no retainer. You talk to the person doing the work.

I look at it first and tell you if it's a $199 job. You pay when it's fixed.

What $199 covers

One problem, start to finish. Most of what people send me is on this list.

Not sure if yours counts? Send it anyway. I'll tell you either way and it costs you nothing to ask.

If your site is hacked

That's a bigger job than a broken plugin, so it's $349 rather than $199. Here's exactly what that buys.

If it comes back within 30 days, I clean it again for free. One condition, and it's the honest one: you have to let me close the hole. If the way in was a plugin you need kept on an old version, I'll tell you before we start, and the free re-clean is off the table. A cleanup without that is a cleanup that gets undone.

How it works

  1. Tell me what's broken

Takes about two minutes. The form, a phone call, whichever you prefer.

  2. I look, then I tell you

Before you pay anything. If it's bigger than a $199 job I say so, and I'll tell you roughly what it actually is.

  3. Fixed, and you find out why

You get the fix and a plain explanation of what caused it, so you're not waiting for it to happen again.

When it isn't $199

Worth saying up front so nobody wastes an afternoon.

Who you're actually talking to

One person, in the United States. I run my own WooCommerce store, so when something breaks on yours I've usually already had it break on mine.

No ticket queue and no account manager. Nobody reads your message back to you in different words. You get me. I reply within the hour.

Tell me what's wrong

Four questions. No account to create, no sales call.

I read every one myself. No mailing list, no follow-up sequence.
